Best wheel combination

Many thanks for that,do you have or seen any info on the ADR 5 spokes,at present I have Corima 4 spokes (front and rear)so my understanding is if I get the Corima disc to swap out,

1. It will be the cheapest option
   
2. Should be fairly aero with the four spoke having tear drop blades or would a 3 spoke be more efficient on the front with the disc rear.
   
   

I am hoping to compete at the flying 200 and 500 (Masters).
