My stock advice is to hit the trails. Works pretty well when you're bored of road miles on the bike too. But I find it works my brain and legs in a whole new way running.
But this year I've found getting back out on the tarmac to achieve some faster times, With a Nice repeatative running style was what I needed to get the Buzz back.

Either way mixing Things up seems to be key.
