I feel really queasy about this. What are they trying to pin on the deceased cyclist? That prior to being ran into from behind he was behaving inappropriately? That he had been drinking?
Feels a bit like previous discussions in this thread where if the cyclist is no longer alive and able to defend themselves there is forever the suspicion that they must have done something wrong.
