In September, I will be riding with 26 others from the Lloyd's Cycling Club plus support from the south of Italy and up the west coast to Monte Carlo. 960 miles in eight and a bit days.
To prepare me for the ride, the Lloyd's Wellbeing Centre are providing support in a variety of ways, including a nutritionist.
