• Possibly TDC Continental 'J' Type, looks very similar.
  
• If not, it's still a nice vintage, classic lightweights, period headset.
  
• In very good condition, excellent looking bearing surfaces and chrome.
  
• I'd probably put loose balls in though, cages fit, but not sure if original.
