Fairy liquid neat, toothbrush, dry, suede brush. Can even use sandpaper to gently remove affected suede once dry. Also you can use nail polish remover to either wash grease through or remove it from the top...dissolve the crud and absorb it onto cotton wool. The worst is white mesh. I have a pair of white tru-OG huaraches (complete with snapped heel) and 87 retros from the mid-90's that are DTM due to food grease incidents that i cannot get shot of. And the mrs can get just about anything out of my underpants.
