Well done getting a free venue in the bestest part of town. Good luck trying to conduct meetings with booze/food though!
I strongly recommend you agree on and set out in writing the club's constitution (or 'governing document') as a priority, stipulating in writing the terms of office, minimum number of committee members to be present in meetings (quorate) and stuff like that.
If arguments do arise or one person starts being a d*ck you need something to refer to and to prevent things becoming personal. No that they will, this being the friendliest cycling club etc. etc.
