I've reduced the weights I use at the gym, cut out whey protein, and generally up'd my CV work. Considering I already had a lot of muscle, it seems a bit odd.
My Power output on the bike has been working its way back up for spring. Could be some leg weight.
I may get back on the whey protein. More to reduce hunger than anything. But my run recovery seems to have slowed too. So it could be smart all round.
