I've been on a regime since the beginning of the year. I have lost around 4kgs (some weeks I don't lose anything) but my body shape is changing.
I would have expected the weight loss to be greater tbh, as I've gone from doing around 279 steps a day (according to my pedometer) to being a gym and cycle bunny, watching what I eat and not drinking alcohol.
But doesn't muscle weigh more than fat?
