Hardcore is such a broad genre though. Like calling something "indie rock". Sure, some of this falls into the more screamo or metal side of things, but there there are still new-ish bands playing more traditional hardcore (for lack of a better description).
It is funny though, 80's hardcore could be Black Flag or Minor Threat.. or Husker Du and Minutemen.
Anyway, Wrangler Brutes are (in my opinion) a new(ish) band that play hardcore.
