That's looks like a THUN BB cup, royal pain in the arse in that shape with plastic though they were often very good bearings (usually SKF). Removal tool is a Campagnolo job which can be had for not much, that shape was predominantly on the older 8 speed campag BB's.

Sitting the bb shell in a basin of heated up veggie oil can help too ;o)
