It depends, who and where.
Some places do not have a second/third grinder, and don't sell much of decaf. They may be ordering smaller batches of ground decaf.
In my case I tried not to run out, but not having too much stock sitting around, as it goes stale quicker once ground, and turns nasty.
Some places just don't give a shit. But I don't know/go to those places.
