I've got blb king hubs and I've been really impressed so far, the build quality feel great, nice and smooth and as theyre low flange theyre not that noticeable.
Another hub suggestion, though again quite expensive and not sure about spoke count is the profile track hubs

Charge also made some, though they are bolt on cog only.
But can be had very cheap on ebay at the moment if you can stand the lurid colour
