  • I much love Spain and its kitchen. Learned quite some nice dishes when I lived on Mallorca. I had an amazing recipe for frito mallorquin. Will share when/if I find it! Oh just thinking of those days and its food makes me crave for porçella rostida....

    For me it's all about the tumbet. As for porcella, there's no art to it. Buy suckling pig from the butcher, walk to the bakery, come back in the evening to collect and eat.
