Had this been made by a different director I would find it hard to criticise it at all. The problem is, Anderson's previous work has set the bar pretty high. I think, given time, this might be recognised as one of his best films but for me, I'll always prefer a smaller story with some emotional impact to an all-singing, all-dancing spectacular.
