Loooads of steerer on the forks though, so I'd recommend keeping them paired!!!

Frame has a small dent under that black tape, filled it in with epoxy, sanded it smooth and taped over it. it's fine. I've checked multiple times and so has a reputable bike shop. This is a bombproof frame.

Yes, it can take a front brake if you buy some drilled 1 1/8" forks such as the Tifosi Pista or Columbus Track

Whoa! 66cm seat tube? I'm 6'1" so am assuming this will be too big? I am in N. london so can swing by for a test mount tomorrow if possible...

not really, cot it has a lower front end, so you can still have a decent position just with less seatpost showing.

I'm afraid it's not built up at the moment; a test mount will be tricky!
